HEALTH GUARANTEE

1.Breeder guarantees this puppy to be a Dachshund.

2.Breeder guarantees this puppy is up to date on shots and de-worming through a

licensed Veterinarian. Copies of receipts from vet visits will be supplied.

3.This puppy is healthy at the time of sale as appears by eye and through veterinary

visits.

4.Buyer must have puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of pick

up to activate this guarantee. Buyer must provide proof of this veterinarian visit. This

exam is to prove puppy is healthy at time of sale and to set up vital vaccination

schedule for puppy's continued health.

5.If examination shows any genetic defect in puppy then buyer can return this puppy

(at buyer’s expense) with a written statement from a licensed Veterinarian

with explanation of defect. This guarantee is valid for one year from purchase date to

original buyer only. This guarantee is invalid if original buyer gives or sells puppy to

another individual.

6.If the puppy is returned with a valid statement, registration papers and this guarantee,

it is the breeder’s choice to refund the money or replace the puppy. Under NO

circumstances will vet expenses be refunded. Vet visits are necessary for proper care

of puppy. If puppy should die after leaving breeder’s home within 72 hours, the puppy

must have an autopsy done by a licensed state technician and certify in writing the

cause of death. If breeder is at fault, then a replacement puppy will be considered and

time factor for replacement puppy is dependant on availability. Any legal disputes that

may occur will be settled in Iroquois County at the Iroquois County Courthouse in

Watseka, llinois.

7.A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $50.00 is required in order to hold puppy for buyer.

Balance will be due at time of pick up. Balance must be paid in cash.We will hold

puppy for 7 days waiting for deposit. If after 7 days, no deposit received the puppy will

go back up for sale. We will accept a personal check for deposit if puppy is under 8

weeks old. If a check is returned by bank that does not go through, a $25.00 return

fee will be charged to buyer and deposit will then be void. Deposit will only be refunded

in the case that something should happen to the puppy while still in breeder’s care.

8.Breeder makes no guarantee on adult size, color, pattern or the ability to breed. Any

information given to you by the breeder is only the breeder’s best educated guess or

opinion.

9.The buyer understands that except for the above guarantees, this puppy is sold AS IS

and no other warranties, either expressed or implied, are part of this agreement.
